Dispatch of Volunteer Interpreters Suspended

TPIEF's dispatch of volunteer interpreters to aid communiciation between foreign residents and public institutions (schools, government offices, day nurseries and kindergartens) is suspended until further notice due to the spread of the novel coronavirus.

While this service is suspended we offer telephone interpreting via three-way calling as well as translation for consultation.

Telephone charges for the duration of interpreting are to be borne by the party requesting this service.
In some cases translation may not be available for reasons of content, deadline, or volume.

Interpreter dispatch service will resume as soon as conditions permit. Details will appear on our web site. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your patience during this period.
